INSTRUCTIONS
TO DECORATE
1. Mix all the fruit together and pour the juice over it.
2. Stir in the chopped herbs and chill for several hours before serving.
3. Serve each helping with a scoop of mint sorbet in the middle, and some
cream if you like, and decorate the dessert with a few mint leaves.

NOTES : It seldom occurs to people to mix herbs with fruit salad, but they
improve it enormously; even the smallest touch can make a transformation.
