INGREDIENTS

3 md Kumara; peeled
3 Hard-boiled eggs
2 tb Chopped chives
1/2 c HIGHLANDER Creamy Curry Salad Dressing
1 pk HIGHLANDER Creamy Curry Salad Dressing
; Mix
1/2 c White wine vinegar
1 cn HIGHLANDER Milk

INSTRUCTIONS

SALAD
DRESSING
Salad:
Cook the kumara in boiling water until tender. Cool.
Cut the kumara into chunks.
Slice eggs lengthwise into eighths.
Place layers of kumara and eggs in a bowl.
Add the chives and salad dressing.
Toss together and serve immediately.
HIGHLANDER Creamy Curry Salad Dressing:
Combine HIGHLANDER Creamy Curry Salad Dressing Mix with 1/2 cup white wine
vinegar.
Whisk in the can of HIGHLANDER Milk.
Cover and store in refrigerator.
