INGREDIENTS

2 1/2 lb Chuck roast sliced thin
8 oz Jim 'the elder' Cambells' Smokin' Chipotle Sauce; ( Kick ass for jerky)
2 tb Powder garlic
4 tb Wichishire sauce
Salt
Pepper
Orange Hab Powder to taste
2 tb Cumin

INSTRUCTIONS

Thats all there is to it. The Chipotle sauce added the sweetness to it and
gave it some bite , but the sprinkling of hab powder kicked it up as Emeril
would say " to notches unknown to mankind"
For those of you with dehydrators you will love this Jerky :-))
