INGREDIENTS

1 lb Good quality diced lamb
1/2 c Chopped onion
1 Clove garlic; chopped
1 ts Chopped mixed red and green chillies
1 cn Peeled tomatoes
1 ts Paprika
1 ts Ground coriander
1 c Okra; (ladies' fingers)
1 c Water

INSTRUCTIONS

Fry the onion, garlic and chillies gently until soft. Add the diced lamb
and the tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add the paprika and coriander, plus the water, and simmer for a further 20
minutes. Then add the okra and cook for 10 minutes.
Serve garnished with a sprinkling of parsley.
