Lemon And Rosemary Steaks

INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Fresh lemon juice
1/3 c Fresh lime juice
3/4 c Olive oil
1/3 c Fresh rosemary spikes
2 Lemons; zest of
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Cracked black pepper
8 Steaks of your choice

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients except the steaks and whisk together well. Add the
steaks and allow to marinate in the fridge for 4 to 6 hours or overnight.
Turn the steaks at least twice during this time.
Remove the steaks from the marinade and barbecue or grill to required
doneness, brushing with a little marinade during cooking but discarding any
left over marinade.
