INGREDIENTS

3		Limes; zest of
150	g	Lemon juice
200	g	Sugar
200	g	Butter
100	g	Whipped cream
200	g	Beaten eggs
		Fresh strawberries to garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix zest of limes, lemon juice, sugar and butter. Bring to the boil and add
beaten eggs.
Put back on the heat to boil. Allow to cool and add whipped cream. Serve
with crackline and garnish with fresh strawberries.
