INSTRUCTIONS
Directions: Saute. garlic cloves in olive oil until golden and soft. Place
garlic, ricotta, basil and parsley in the blender. Puree until smooth. Add
non-fat milk to adjust consistency. Season with salt and pepper and toss
with pasta. Garnish and serve.
