INGREDIENTS

Swordfish steaks
Dijon mustard
Capers
1 tb Dill
2 Floz white wine
1/2 oz Melted butter

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix Dijon mustard, white wine, dill and capers together. Coat swordfish
steaks in butter and pour Dijon mixture.
Marinate for an hour or more. Bake at 400F until fish is cooked. Serve hot.
