INSTRUCTIONS
MARINADE
Blanch peas in boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain and refresh under cold
running water; drain well. Toss with tomatoes, chestnuts and onions.
(MARINADE): Combine all ingredients, whisking lightly. Pour over
vegetables and toss. Chill until serving time. Drain and spoon vegetables
into center of rice mould, if desired. Makes about 2 cups Typed in
