Salt and pepper; to taste |
INSTRUCTIONS
Bring 4 cups of water to a boil, and add diced red potatoes. Boil for
approximately 15 minutes, until tender. Drain. In a mixing bowl, mix
potatoes and butter with a hand mixer, and gradually add the cream until
the desired consistency is reached. Add more cream to thin, and add more
potato flakes to thicken. Salt and pepper to taste.
