INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 lb Lean ham, ground
1/2 lb Ground chicken
1/2 c Milk
1 lg Egg, fork-beaten
1/2 ts Seasoned salt
1/2 ts Salt
1 1/2 c Dry bread crumbs
1 c Brown sugar, packed
2 ts All-purpose flour
2 ts Dry mustard
1/2 c White vinegar
1/2 c Water
2 ts Prepared mustard

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix first 7 ingredients in large bowl.  Shape into 1 inch balls. Arrange on
greased baking sheet.  Bake in 400°F oven for 15 minutes until firmed a bit
and browned.  Turn into ungreased 3 quart casserole.
Stir brown sugar, flour and dry mustard together in small bowl.  Stir in
vinegar, water and prepared mustard.  Pour over ham balls.  Bake,
uncovered, in 350°F oven, basting 2 or 3 times with sauce, for about 45
minutes.  Makes about 80 ham balls.  Typed in MMFormat by
