Orange Ricotta Pudding

INGREDIENTS

1/2 pt Frozen strawberries; thawed and halved
1 Orange; sectioned
Orange flavor liqueur
Triple Sec; Grand Mariner,
Cointreau; Curaco
2 lb Fresh ricotta cheese
1/4 c Sugar
1/4 c Heavy cream
1/2 c Chopped semi-sweet chocolate
Miniature chocolate morsels; (about 1/2 cup)

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine strawberry halves and orange sections in a small bowl. Pour liqueur
over and stir. Allow to soak. In another bowl, beat ricotta with a whisk
until fluffy. Stir sugar and cream into the ricotta. Fold in the
strawberries, oranges and liquor. Fold in the chocolate. Spoon mixture into
serving dishes and refrigerate until ready to serve. To serve, sprinkle
morsels atop each dessert.
Approximately 10 minutes.

from fat); 3g Protein; 116g Carbohydrate; 82mg Cholesterol; 25mg Sodium
