INGREDIENTS

6 Oranges
300 ml Simple syrup; (250g sugar boiled
; with 250ml water),
; chilled
1 ts Orange blossom water
A large lemon; juice of

INSTRUCTIONS

Chill the oranges and peel them, removing all pith.
Slice into rounds and remove any seeds and middle sections of pith.
Place in a deep dish and cover with the chilled syrup and lemon juice.
Stir in the orange blossom water and chill until ready to serve.
