INSTRUCTIONS
In a large skillet, sauté broccoli, zucchini, red pepper and snow peas in
butter until crisp tender. Add cream and black pepper. Cook briefly until
slightly reduced. Mix with pasta and sprinkle with Parmesan. Yield: 4
