INSTRUCTIONS
Combine the water, peanut butter, honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, ginger,
onion and Tabasco. Cut the chicken into 3/4 inch cubes and add to the
peanut mixture, stirring to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or
overnight. Soak 32 small wooden skewers in cold water for 30 minutes.
Thread 2 pieces of chicken on each skewer. Broil for about 10 minutes,
turning several times. Bring the peanut mixture to a boil, then reduce the
heat and simmer about 10 minutes or until thickened. Serve the chicken with
