INSTRUCTIONS
Pour the cold soup into ovenproof bowls. Roll out the puff pastry into
rounds big enough to cover the bowls. Brush the edges of the pastry with
beaten egg, then lay the pastry over the bowls, pressing very gently to
seal at the edges.
Bake in the oven until the pastry is risen and brown and the soup heated
through.
