INGREDIENTS

2 Egg yolks
1/2 ts Salt
1 ts Hot English mustard
1/4 ts Worcestershire sauce
3 tb Fresh lime juice
1 c Oil (vegetable and sunflower or all sunflower)

INSTRUCTIONS

Place first five ingredients in a blender or food processor.  Cover and
process at low speed to blend.  Remove cover.  With the motor running, add
oil in a thin stream and blend until thick and smooth. Cover and store in
refrigerator.  Serve with fish or salads.  Yield: 1 1/2 cups Source: Good
