INGREDIENTS

1 pn Schwartz Saffron; lightly crushed
450 g Potatoes; cubed (1 lb)
1/4 ts Schwartz Garlic Salt
1 tb Olive oil
25 g Cheddar cheese; grated (1 oz)
4 tb Milk

INSTRUCTIONS

Steep the Saffron in 1 tbs boiling water. Cook the potatoes in boiling
salted water until tender. Drain. Mash the potatoes with the Saffron,
Garlic Salt, oil, cheese and milk, until well pureed.
