Salmon; (or other thick fish) slices or fillets
Lemon juice
Green peppers
Onions
Salsa

INSTRUCTIONS

Source Wendy's Head.
Quantity-any amount you need and that can fit into your microwave
Slice onons and green peppers and use 1/2 half to make a bed in a
microwavable dish. Put fish on top and pour some fresh lemon juice on. Put
salsa on to taste and cover with the rest of the vegetables. Cover tightly
and microwave until done. I used three slices, about 1 1/2 lbs, and cooked
at full power for about 6 minutes.
