INGREDIENTS

4 sl Cut diagonally from a French loaf
1 cn Sardines in olive oil
1 cn Anchovies
1 lg Tomato
12 Pitted green olives

INSTRUCTIONS

Lightly toast the bread and puree the tomato. Rub the bread with the tomato
and arrange a sardine lengthwise on each piece. Lay two anchovy fillets
across each sardine and decorate with split olives.
