INSTRUCTIONS
TO GARNISH
1. Cook the pasta shells in plenty of boiling water for 8 minutes.
2. Drain, and toss them together with the shelled prawns, dressing and
parsley.
3. Garnish with lemon wedges and unshelled prawns.
