INSTRUCTIONS
Saute onions and mushrooms in olive oil. Add scallops, shrimp and salmon.
Saute until seafood begins to curl. Splash with white wine. Add heavy cream
and bring to a boil. Add parmesan cheese till it thickens. Serve in
casserole topped with chopped parsley.
