INSTRUCTIONS
SOAK the rice and urad dal together for at least an hour. Wash well. Wash
the poha. Grind the rice, urad dal and poha to a smooth paste. Add enough
water to obtain a smooth and thin batter. Add soda bicarb and salt to
taste. Stir well.
