INGREDIENTS

24 lg Shrimp; cleaned, butterf
2 tb Sweet basil; chopped
1 Lemon for juice
1/2 c White wine
2 Whole shallots chopped
2 tb Oregano; chopped
1/2 c Olive oil
1/2 c Chicken stock

INSTRUCTIONS

Place shrimp in single layer in large baking pan. Combine remaining
ingredients thoroughly and pour over shrimp. Place under broiler, basting a
couple of times, until shrimp are nice and brown.
