INSTRUCTIONS
Brown 1 lb. hamburger with 1/2 chopped onion, 1 chopped green pepper, and
garlic powder to taste. Drain and place in crockpot with the remaining
ingredients.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Remove bay leaf before eating.
