INGREDIENTS

1 bn Spinach – cleaned well
8 Strips bacon
2 tb Red wine vinegar
1 tb Worcestershire sauce
2 Egg whites – hard boiled and crumbled
1/4 c Feta cheese – crumbled

INSTRUCTIONS

Directions: Cook bacon until crisp and save drippings. Crumble bacon pieces
and set aside. In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, worcestershire
sauce and bacon fat. Toss spinach with feta cheese and drizzle with
dressing. Garnish with egg whites.
