INGREDIENTS

40 g Butter; softened (11/2oz)
8 Waitrose Grissini Breadsticks; crushed
45 ml Daregal Frozen Coriander; (3tbsp)
4 ml Bart Spices Harissa Paste; (3/4tsp)
7 1/2 ml Bart Spices Fresh Garlic; (11/2tsp)
Grated zest of 1 lemon
7 5 ml; (5tbsp) Parmesan
; cheese, finely
; grated
20 Half shell green mussels

INSTRUCTIONS

Beat butter then combine with the other ingredients, except the mussels.
Arrange mussels in a single layer in a shallow heatproof dish. Using your
fingers, top each mussel with stuffing and place under a preheated medium
grill for 3-4 minutes until the stuffing is golden and piping hot.
Serve immediately with lemon wedges and a salad garnish.

stuffed, steamed, baked or eaten cold.
