INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 l Fish stock
400 g Fish fillet
2 Galangal slices
1/3 c Lime juice; (80 ml)
3 Stalks lemon grass; sliced
2 Dry red chillies
2 Lemon leaves; shredded
Salt to taste
10 g Mint leaves; chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

BRING the fish stock to a boil. Add other ingredients, except mint leaves.
Bring to a boil again. When the fish is done, transfer to serving bowls and
garnish with mint leaves.
