350 ml jar fresh sweet and sour sauce |
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat the oil in a large frying pan or wok.
Add the pork and ginger and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add the sliced peppers and stir-fry for a further 2 minutes.
Add the sweet and sour sauce, stir through and continue heating for 3-4
minutes.
