A little goof from someone who "cooks a lot". All these years I have been
meaning to buy a jelly roll pan. As a matter of fact, there are recipes
that I have not made because of meaning to buy a jelly roll pan. I have,
though, been, unbeknownst to me, cooking with a jelly roll pan for low
these ? many years. That thing that I thought was a cooky sheet with sides
that go about 1/3 inch up is known as a jelly roll pany. A real cooky sheet
has no sides. So now you all have learned something today.
