We Love God!

God: "I looked for someone to take a stand for me, and stand in the gap" (Ezekiel 22:30)

In one of his sermons, Spurgeon reminded his congregation about the doctrine of God’s electing some from the foundation of the world. But he noted that our task is to preach the gospel to every creature, not to find the elect. Spurgeon reportedly said that if God had painted a yellow strip down the back of each of the elect, he would run up and down the streets of London, lifting up shirttails, and preaching the gospel to the elect. But Spurgeon reminds us that God has not done so. Instead He has commanded us to “preach the gospel to every creature.” We must urgently appeal to everyone to come to Christ.
Jim Ehrhard

It is important to note that that though most of the attack on believers seems to come through humans, we must see the devil as the ultimate force behind it all. It’s easy to get frustrated and even resentful toward others who oppose the cause of Christ, but they must not be seen as the primary cause or the primary enemy. People are only prisoners of war being used like puppets in the hands of Satan. People are to be loved as deceived as they may be. They are the mission field that needs to be set free from their bondage as they exist entombed in their false beliefs. Our enemy is not the liberal media or the gay community or the atheist or even the devil worshipper that lives down the street. Our enemy is the devil himself. We struggle not against flesh and blood (Eph. 6:12).

CATEGORY CUISINE TAG YIELD
Grains, Eggs Chinese 1 servings

INGREDIENTS

2 lb Tofu extra hard packed; (diced into 1/2" cubes)
2 1/2 lb Tomatoes; (1/2" dice)
1/2 c Lime juice
1 bn Cilantro; (also known as "chinese parsley") chopped
1 Serrano pepper; (seeded and minced)
2 ts Sea salt
1/4 ts Black pepper
1 sm Red onion; (1/4" dice)
1/2 bn Green onions thinly sliced on angle
1 ts Fresh garlic; (peeled and minced)
1 sm Red pepper; (1/4" dice)
1 tb Veggie worcestershire sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

1. marinate cubed tofu in worcestershire sauce for 30 minutes
2. lay out on sheet pans (using parchment paper or no-stick spray) and bake
at 350 for 30 minutes, turning pan at 15 minutes to insure even baking.
cool completely.
3. prepare all other ingredients
4. combine all ingredients and refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
Note: I've made this quite a few times and have used kosher instead of sea
salt, green instead of red peppers and way more garlic and serrano pepper
all with good results. I'm not sure if serrano peppers are available
everywhere but I'm sure you could find a good substitute if not. This stuff
travels well, I've taken it on picnics and to the office for lunch.
