INSTRUCTIONS

Peel & tail tomatoes, finely chop onions & tomatoes, add all the other
ingredients. Simmer for 2 hours, let cool then puree & re-boil sauce and
bottle.
Is great with Ribs, Pork roast, chicken and smoked fish.
