INGREDIENTS
| 6 | Squares white chocolate, chopped | |
| 1 | c | Light sour cream or plain yogurt |
| 2 | tb | Lime juice |
| 1/2 | c | Whipping cream |
| 8 | Peaches | |
| 1 | c | Blueberries |
INSTRUCTIONS
In bowl over saucepan of hot water, melt chocolate. Combine sour cream with lime juice; stir in chocolate. Chill for 30 minutes. In separate bowl whip cream to soft peaks; fold into chocolate mixture. Plunge peaches into boiling water for 30 seconds; peel and slice. Set aside 1/4 cup of blueberries. Layer peach slices and remaining blueberries, beginning and ending with mixture. Garnish with reserved blueberries. Chill up to 2 hours.
