INSTRUCTIONS
Combine spinach, mushrooms and onion in large bowl. Sprinkle with pepper.
Set aside. In a saucepan, heat and stir together canola oil and sesame oil
with vinegar, sugar and salt. Cook, covered until boiling. Pour over
spinach mixture. Toss until coated. Top with crumbled bacon, chopped egg
and shredded Parmesan cheese. Serve Immediately.
