INGREDIENTS

1 tb Butter or margarine
1 lg Onion; chopped
2 Cloves garlic; crushed
1 lb Broccoli; roughly chopped
2 tb Soya sauce
1 1/2 pt Marigold Vegetable Bouillon
Seasoning
2 ts Cinnamon
Cream to serve; (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Melt the butter in a pan, add the onion and garlic and saut. until
transparent.
2. Add the broccoli, soya sauce, stock and seasoning and simmer for 45
minutes.
3. Allow to cool a little before liquidising until smooth. Return to the
pan, stir in the cinnamon and reheat gently, then serve.
