We Love God!

God: "I looked for someone to take a stand for me, and stand in the gap" (Ezekiel 22:30)

Motion is the most perfect discoverer of life. He that can stir his limbs, is surely not dead. The feet of the soul are the affections. Hast thou not found in thyself a hate and detestation of that sin whereinto thou hast been miscarried? Hast thou not found in thyself a true grief of heart, for thy wretched indisposition to all good things? Without a true life of grace, these things could never have been.

CATEGORY CUISINE TAG YIELD
Breads 1 1 lb. loaf

INGREDIENTS

1 t Red Star yeast
2 1/3 c Bread flour
1/4 c Rye flour
1 T Lecithin granules
1 T Gluten
1 t Salt
1 t Dill weed, dried
1 t Dried onion flakes
1/2 c Water
1 c Sourdough starter*

INSTRUCTIONS

I just realized that I never added any sugar or dry milk. It doesn't
seem to miss them. Next time I'll add more dill and onion. The jars
were almost empty when my baking fit struck me, so I went with what I
had. I baked it on the regular bake cycle. It rose almost to the top
of the pan and is a lovely golden color. Tastes pretty good, too.
*Starter: 2c all purpose flour, 2 c warm water, 1 pk yeast. Combined
and left in oven all night with the light on. It doesn't have a name
yet. Would "Bubbles" be too optimistic? From Gemini's MASSIVE
