INGREDIENTS

4 | oz | Bittersweet chocolate or |

3 | T | Grand Marnier |
1/4 | c | Whipping cream |
Orange peel, finely grated |
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine water and chocolate in a small saucepan; cook and stir just till boiling. Remove from heat; stir in liqueur or vanilla. Beat cream in a small chilled mixing bowl with an electric mixer on low to medium speed till soft peaks form. Top each serving with whipped cream; sprinkle with orange peel, if desired. The orange peel is optional. You can use Amaretto or vanilla extract in place of the Grand Marnier if desired NOTES : Bittersweet chocolate usually has a more pronounced chocolate flavor than semi-sweet.
