INGREDIENTS

2 c Diced cooked turkey
1 c Pineapple chunks, well
Drained
1 c Diced celery
1/2 c Sliced greed onions
1/4 c Dry roasted peanuts
1 c Seedless green peppers
2/3 c Mayonnaise
2 T Chopped chutney
1 T Lime juice
1/2 t Curry powder
1/4 t Salt
Lettuce leaves, optional

INSTRUCTIONS

In a mixing bowl, toss first six ingredients.  In a small bowl,
combine all remaining ingredients except lettuce. Pour over turkey  and
mix gently. Chill. Serve on a bed of lettuce, if desired. Yields:  4
servings.  The fruit, nuts and seasonings give the salad a unique
