INGREDIENTS

2 | T | Seedless red raspberry jam |
1 | T | Chambord or other |
raspberry-flavored | ||
liqueur | ||
1 1/2 | t | Brown sugar |
3 | T | Almonds, sliced |
1 | T | Honey |
INSTRUCTIONS
Slice Brie in half horizontally. Place bottom half of Brie on a microwave-safe serving plate. Combine jam and Chambord, if desired; spread on cheese, leaving a 1 inch margin around edge; top with remaining cheese half. Sprinkle with brown sugar and almonds, and drizzle with honey.
