75 | g | Self raising flour, sifted |
1/4 | t | Baking powder |
50 | g | Sultanas |
1 | Egg, beaten | |
60 | Oil | |
150 | g | Cheshire cheese |
INSTRUCTIONS
Line a cake tin with bake-o-glide (base and sides). Mix the diced apples with the flour, sugar, baking powder and sultanas. Combine the egg and oil and stir in the dry ingredients. Spoon half the mixture in to the lined cake tin. Arrange the cheese on top, then spoon over the remaining mixture - level off the surface.
