2 t Baking soda
1 1/2 c Oil
1 t Salt
1 t Vanilla
3 c Diced apples
3 c Flour
1 c Walnuts
2 c Sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

Beat eggs.  Add oil, vanilla & dry ingredients.  Fold in apples &
walnuts. Bake in greased & floured tube pan at 350 for 1 1/4 hrs.  From
