3 1/2 | c | Sifted flour |
2 | t | Baking powder |
1 | t | Salt |
3/4 | t | Ground cloves |
1 | t | Ground nutmeg |
3 | t | Cinnamon |
1 | lb | Seedless raisins |
1 1/2 | c | Pecans |
INSTRUCTIONS
Cream butter and sugars. Add eggs and applesauce; beat well. Combine dry ingredients and stir into applesauce mixture. Add raisins and pecans and mix well. Pour into greased 13x9x2 inch pan. Bake at 325 for 2 hours.
