INGREDIENTS
1 1/4 | c | All-purpose flour |
1 1/4 | c | Quick-cooking oats |
1/2 | c | Sugar |
3/4 | c | Butter, melted |
1/2 | t | Baking soda |
1/4 | t | Salt |
2 | t | Vanilla |
1 | 10-oz jar, 3/4 cup apricot | |

1/2 | c | Flaked coconut |
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat oven to 350 degrees. In large mixer bowl comine all crumb mixture ingredients. Beat at low speed until crumbly. RESERVE 1 CUP CRUMB MIXTURE; press remaining crumb mixture on bottom of greased 13x9-inch baking pan. Spread apricot preserves to within 1/2-inch from edge of crumb mixture; sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture and coconut. Bake for 22 to 27 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
