Bbq Pork (cha Siu)

INGREDIENTS

1 lb Lean, tender pork in one
piece
1/4 c Chicken stock
1/4 c Soy sauce
1/4 c Brown bean sauce
2 T Chinese cooking wine
2 T Garlic, finely chopped
6 Red food coloring, optional

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix stock, soy sauce, brown bean sauce, cooking wine, chopped garlic,
and food coloring. Pour over pork. Marinate 3 hours at room
temperature or overnight in the refrigerator. Preheat oven to 500F.  4.
Place pork on rack over drip pan in oven, reduce heat to 350F, and
