Bc’s Rosemary-wine Marinade

INGREDIENTS

2 T Vegetable oil
1 T Chopped fresh rosemary
Or 1 t dried rosemary
1 Clove garlic, minced
1/2 c Dry red wine or grape juice
1 t Sugar
1/2 t Salt
1/4 t Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat oil in 1 1/2-quart saucepan over medium heat. Cook rosemary and
garlic in oil, stirring frequently, until garlic is tender; remove
from heat. Stir in wine, sugar, salt and pepper.  *Betty Crocker's
