INGREDIENTS

1/2 | lb | Chorizo, skin removed |
1 | 4 oz chopped green chiles | |
2 | 16 oz refried beans | |
1 | c | Shredded cheddar cheese |
1 | c | Shredded monterey jack |
cheese | ||
1 | t | Chili powder, or to taste |
INSTRUCTIONS
Crumble chorizo in a large heavy skillet and cook just until the fat starts to gather in the pan. Add onion and cook until onion is transparent; drain. Add remaining ingredients and cook until all is hot and the cheeses are melted. Serve hot with tortilla chips or corn chips.
