1/2 | Serrano chili, seeded & | |

1/2 | T | Maple syrup |
2 | T | Cashew pieces, toasted |
1 | T | Cilantro, chopped |
INSTRUCTIONS
Place carrots in a colander. Pour boiling water over them, drain well. Combine chili, lime juice & maple syrup in a bowl & whisk with a fork. Add carrots, cashews & cilantro & toss to mix.
