INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS
Beat eggs with half-and-half until light and fluffy. Blend in cheese, spinach, bacon, lemon juice and salt. Pour into lightly greased 9-inch quiche dish. CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook 40-45 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cut into 10 wedges and serve. MICROWAVE: Cook at MEDIUM power 13-15 minutes, or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes. Cut into 10 wedges and serve.
