1 c Cornmeal
1/2 c Garbanzo flour, * see

1 c Apple, grated
1 c Apple juice
1 T Honey
1 T Applesauce
1 t Cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine dry ingredients. Combine wet ingredients. Mix together,
stirring well. Cook on a non-stick griddle. Turn when bubbles form on
