INGREDIENTS

3 | Sesame oil, more or less |
INSTRUCTIONS
Pick over and flake crabmeat. Peel and shred cucumbers. Place in a bowl. Mince ginger, then mix well with soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and sesame oil. Pour over crabmeat-cucumber mixture and toss.
